pythonのバージョンを切り替える

py --list で以下の状態なら
-V:3.14 Python 3.14 (64-bit)
-V:3.12 * Python 3.12 (64-bit)

setx py_python 3.12

コマンドプロンプトを一度終了
再度、コマンドプロンプトで切替確認

py --list
-V:3.14 Python 3.14 (64-bit)
-V:3.12 * Python 3.12 (64-bit)
